Congress Scholarships

Our trainee active members can apply to be awarded our Congress Scholarship. These scholarships are designed to help PhD/Doctoral candidates present their research at our main congress.

• Application forms are sent to members prior to congress
• Candidates with no travel funding support can apply. Their supervisor/head of department must write a letter of support confirming financial requirement
• Winners must attend congress, and present their research (poster or platform presentation)
• Funding will cover the cost of student member registration only (registration and travel etc not included)
• 1-4 scholarships will be announced at each main congress (not YGVA)
