Responsibilities:
Independent work in research and teaching. The share of teaching will be defined individually
giving opportunities for career development. You strive for your further scientific qualification
(habilitation) within your own research field and have experience in lecturing and teaching. In
addition to financial support by the Institute, you will independently attract third-party funding
(preferably via SNSF). The research groups established at the Institute are specialized in the field of
reproductive biology and endocrinology (https://www.vetanat.uzh.ch/de.html) and are currently
strongly supported by competitive-acquired funding from the SNSF.


Requirements: Degree in veterinary or human medicine (DVM/MD) and PhD. You have profound
knowledge in cell culture techniques and/or molecular biology methods, which you will integrate in
the Institute. You enjoy teaching anatomy. The language of instruction at UZH is German. You are
committed, self-motivated and enjoy working in a team.


Language skills: German (lecturing) and English
